We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for automated decisions about you. Room photos are only used to understand the space where your cabinet will go.

3. Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run Forma:

• Netlify (USA): hosts the website and receives the waiting-list form, the contact form and the cabinet requests from the online builder, including any photos you add (Netlify Forms). Transfers outside the EU are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses. [CONFIRM Netlify’s current safeguard.]
• [MAILBOX PROVIDER: Google Workspace / Microsoft 365]: our email inbox and file storage.
• [RENDER TOOL]: creates the visualisation from an image of your design. Only the cabinet design is sent — never your name, address or room photos. [CONFIRM room photos are not sent to the render tool.]
• DHL: receives your name, address and phone to deliver your order.
• Our bank: processes your payment.

4. Cookies and storage in your browser

The website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work. The online builder keeps your current design, your contact details for the request form and your display settings in your own browser (local storage), so you don’t lose your work. This stays on your device — nothing is sent to us until you press “Send request”. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings, or with “Start a new design”. A “Copy link” link contains your design (not your name or email); anyone you share it with can open the design. [If analytics or other cookies are added later, we will ask for your consent first and update this section.]

5. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the data we have about you
• correct wrong data
• delete your data, unless we must keep it by law (e.g. bookkeeping)
• restrict or object to how we use it
• give you your data in a portable format

You can withdraw your consent to the waiting list at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

6. Complaints

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), www.imy.se.
